Every community has a first season. At The Retreat at Cobblestone, this is ours, and we’d love to spend part of it with you.

On Thursday, December 10, from 4 to 7pm, we’re opening the doors of the model home for an evening of warm drinks, good food, and good company. Whether you’ve already chosen your lot, have been quietly following our progress, or are simply curious about what a lifestyle transition might look like, you’re welcome here.

What the evening looks like

There’s no presentation and no agenda, so drop in any time between 4 and 7. Here’s what you’ll find:

• Heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cocoa bar. Settle in with something warm and something delicious.
• The New Leaf Homes team. We’ll be there to answer questions, offer tours of the model home, or simply say hello.
• A look at the model home. Walk through the space and picture how a single-level home with a courtyard could fit the way you want to live now.
• Future neighbors. Many of the people you’ll meet may soon be next door.

A different kind of guest book

Instead of signing in, you’ll write a few words on an ornament and hang it on our tree. Share where you’re moving from, or what you’re looking forward to at Cobblestone. The tree is a keepsake of our community’s very first holiday season, and you’ll take home an ornament of your own.

Giving back to Medina

In the weeks leading up to the event, we’re collecting new, unwrapped toys for local families in need this season. You can bring one to the open house or drop one off at the Model Home before December 10.

Every gift is welcome, but there’s no expectation to give. Your company is the main thing we’re hoping for.

Bring a plus one

A spouse, a friend, or a neighbor who’s been curious about what you’re considering is always welcome. Big decisions are easier with someone you trust, and so are holiday parties.
