His background in senior living facilities naturally led him to develop communities where active adults can thrive independently. Mike’s mission is to create homes that offer the freedom to age in place, within a supportive and vibrant community. At New Leaf, doing the right thing the right way is at the heart of every decision.
Katie Wojno Lancianese
Katie Lancianese, the driving force behind New Leaf Homes, has been leading the company since its founding in 2020. With a vision that goes beyond building homes, Katie is dedicated to enriching lives, both for homeowners and the entire New Leaf team. Her leadership fosters a culture where quality, community, and positive impact come together to create lasting change. Every day, Katie is focused on building not just homes, but better futures.
Anthony Lancianese
As Director of Sales, Anthony Lancianese is passionate about helping future homeowners turn their visions into reality. He works closely with clients, guiding them through personalized tours, floorplan reviews, and design options. Anthony’s dedication ensures that every home reflects the unique lifestyle and preferences of its owner. His goal is to make the home-buying journey as seamless and fulfilling as possible.
Scott Hornak
With a background in service and a passion for helping others navigate meaningful life transitions, Scott takes pride in guiding buyers through one of the most rewarding chapters of their lives: finding the right home in the right community. His approach centers on listening, clarity, and low-pressure conversations that leave clients feeling at ease and well-informed. Outside of work, he’s often immersed in creative projects, staying active with physical fitness, or out for a walk with his dog, Cooper.
Joe Lucarelli
A Northeast Ohio native with nearly three decades of experience in new home sales, Joe built his career on honesty, transparency, and treating every client like family. He sees each homebuyer as a partner in the process and takes pride in helping them make one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence. Raised in a big family and inspired by his dad’s simple advice — treat others the way you want to be treated — Joe carries that mindset into his work, his community volunteerism, and raising his kids. When he’s not working, you’ll find Joe outside hiking, biking, skiing, or coaching youth sports.
Carly Conrad
Carly Conrad is the glue that keeps New Leaf Homes running smoothly. From engaging with potential buyers to supporting homeowners throughout the process, Carly brings warmth and efficiency to her role. Whether she’s managing inquiries or assisting with community events, Carly’s commitment to creating a welcoming experience is unwavering. Outside of work, she enjoys country music concerts with friends and always has a smile ready for the next challenge.
Amy Shirey
Amy Shirey is the creative heart behind New Leaf Homes’ design process, ensuring each home reflects the personal style of its owner. With an eye for detail and a passion for unique finishes, Amy guides homeowners through the design journey, making it a fun and personalized experience. Outside of work, she channels her creativity into event planning and stays active with tennis—always bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.
